ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.13790 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20827 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024.

2. Mr. S. Sathiya Chidambaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that due to the nature of the case and also due to the 1/3

safety of the petitioners, they may be stay away from the District.

4. Considering the nature of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners herein are women, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD). No.13790 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20827 of 2024, dated 16.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police weekly twice i.e., on every Moday and Friday at 10.30 am apart from the hearing date until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
