C-60 To cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted in favour of the 1st and 2nd respondents /1st and 2nd Accused by this Court in Crl OP(MD)No.21459/2025, dated 26.11.2025.

ORDER

This Court has granted anticipatory bail to the Accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crl OP(MD)No.21459/2025, dated 26.11.2025.

2.It is submitted that the anticipatory bail was not executed by the accused. 3.The learned Counsel appering for the accused submitted that the order, dated 26.11.2025 was issued on 29.01.2026 and on the very next day, the accused met with an accident. Therefore, they could not execute the order. 4.Considering the reasons stated supra, time granted by this Court, vide order, dated 26.11.2025, made in Crl OP(MD)No.21459/2025, is extended for a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, CRL MP(MD)No.3033 of 2026 is ordered.

5.Since the extension is granted, the cancellation of anticipatory bail application in CRL MP(MD)No.3034 of 2026 is dismissed. An additional condition is imposed by this Court on the accused that the accused shall not threaten or intimidate the defacto complainant.
