ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 498(A), 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.1 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that (*)the case is pending in C.C.No.41 of 2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai the petitioners did not appear before the said Court on 19.02.2015 and therefore, non -bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioners.

3. In such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioners to appear and surrender before the (*)learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file bail application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for recall of warrant and the same shall be considered on the same day.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is closed, with the above direction.
