ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Usha Rani, W/o.R.Sathees Kumar, D/o.Murugesan aged about 25 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.66 of 2020 under 'women missing'. Thereafter, it was closed, since the victim girl was secured and handed over to the petitioner.
