COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.Nos.579, 577, 578, 516 & 517 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) at Magistrate Level, Karur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. When the matters were taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice if the personal appearance of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the Court below.

4. Considering the said submission, the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with before the trial Court, unless and until it is specifically required by the said Court. The learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) at Magistrate Level, Karur is also directed to dispose the case in C.C.Nos.516, 577, 578 and 579 & 517 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
