Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to call for the records pertaining to the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.138 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Karur, for the alleged offences under Sections 337 and 304(A) I.P.C. r/w Section 149 of Electricity Act, 2003 in Crime No.74 of 2013 on the file of the Respondent No.I and quash the same as illegal.

O R D E R

The petitioners, who are arrayed as A.5 and A.6 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.138 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

3. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioners submits that it would suffice, if the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 are also closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below. Considering the submission made, personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with until and unless the same is required.
