(MD)No.12023 of 2017 vide its order dated 12.09.2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 29.06.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 302 and 34 of IPC in Crime No.274 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for a period of 40 days.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
