ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police herein Not to Harass the petitioners and her family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.187/GDP/SP/TN1/2023. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared before the enquiry officer and the petitioners herein have given a statement that on the basis of the documentary evidence, they have filed a suit and they have decided to resolve the issue before the competent Court.
3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous 08.03.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No tta 2/4
