ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to give permission for laying pipeline from S.No.210/8A1 to S.No.237/13 situated in Mylapur, Amayapuram Village Manapparai, Trichy District by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 17.01.2018 and 24.01.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.According to the petitioner, he is having a well in

S.No.210/8A1 and he wants to irrigate the land in S.No.237/13 by laying pipeline. In this regard, the petitioner sought permission from the authorities. Earlier, based on the petitioner's application, the Village Administrative Officer and Revenue Inspector sent recommendation to the Tahsildar. Thereafter, no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3.Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.01.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
