O R D E R
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.138 of 2023, dated 26.04.2023 and file final report within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that based on the complaint filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant, the respondents police registered the case in Crime No.138 of 2023, for the offence under Section 67A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, on 26.04.2023. But, so far, no proper investigation was conducted and no any Final Report was filed. Therefore, he filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents police would submit that the accused in this case is in abroad and they also required some documents. Therefore, there is a delay in completing the investigation.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition and considering the date of FIR i.e., 26.04.2023 and also considering the fact that so far, the respondent has are not completed the investigation, this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation and to file Final Report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
