O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2025 and to pass appropriate orders within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 15.12.2025 2/4

to the respondents 5 to 7, seeking to provide access to the petitioner's land in S.F.No.45/1B, situated in Ottanchatiram Village and Taluk, Dindigul District. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the fifth respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
