O R D E R

This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in crime No.1043 of 2013 to the 3rd respondent from the file of the 2nd respondent and to direct the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation, arrest the accused and to submit the final report within the time specified by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the investigation in crime No.1043 of 2013 on the fie of the 2nd respondent has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 20.07.2015 and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.350 of 2016 by the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai and the case is posted on 20.09.2018 and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
