O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to expedite the proceedings in C.C.No.125/2014 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The extract of the adjudication proceedings in C.C.No.125 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate/Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, informs that the case having been taken on file on 29.05.2013 and having seen no progress after 20.11.2014.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in C.C.No.125 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
