RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD). No.7618/2017 dated 27/06/2017 in Crime No.35/2016 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.G.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.35 of 2016, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 15 days.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
