O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been instituted to punish the contemnors/respondents 2 and 3 for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.11.2022 made in W.P.(MD) No.25614 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would furnish a copy of the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Dindigul East, dated 15.07.2025, which would reveal that there is no encroachment in the subject property. The order of this Court reveals that action is to be initiated, if there is any encroachment.

3. Since the authorities found that there is no encroachment, this Court is of the view that there is no willful disobedience of the order of this Court. Consequently, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
