Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 143,188 and 285 of I.P.C., and Section 7 (1)(a) of CLA Act and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.779 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The Learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 20 days.

4 Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petitions is ordered accordingly.
