For Respondent : Mr.R.Sivakumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest by the respondent police pursuant to the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District in C.C.No.202 of 2017.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 342, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in connection with Non-Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.202 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District in Crime No.257 of 2013, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive between the parties, the petitioner and other accused have assaulted the de-facto complainant with weapon. Hence, the complaint. 3.It is seen from the records that charge sheet has already been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.202 of 2017 and that the case is pending for past 4 years.

CRL OP(MD). No.4057 of 2022 4.Since the Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) is pending against the petitioner from 2017 onwards, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner.
