Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th respondent herein to submit necessary pension proposals by regularizing petitioners service from 04.06.2019 to 15.09.2019 and from 16.09.2019 to 31.01.2020 as qualifying service and consequently direct the respondents herein to sanction and disburse pension and other retirement benefits to the petitioner including arrears of salary from 01.06.2019 to 31.01.2020 along with appropriate interest for the delayed payments of pension and otherretiral benefits.
