ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to grant direction directing the respondent to file a Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sempatti in Cr.No.210 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.210 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
