O.P No. 12283/2017 as to report before the J.M Cheranmahadevi daily at 10.30 A.M instead of to report before the respondent police daily 10.30 A.M until further orders and pass or any other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this modification petition to modify the condition imposed by order dated 21.09.2017 in CRL OP.(MD)No.12283 OF 2017 as to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi daily at 10.30 a.m. Instead of to report before the respondent Police daily 10.30 a.m., for the alleged offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC, in Crime No.383 of 2012, while granting anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), I am not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
