PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to declare the tender result pursuant to the tender notification issued in Na.Ka.No.Thee7/2952/2025 dated 06.01.2026 and thereby issued allotment order in the event of I being the lowest bidder within the time limit as may be stipulated by this Court. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent to declare the tender result pursuant to the tender notification issued on 06.01.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the bids were opened on 22.01.2026 and a third party was declared as the successful bidder and work order has been issued to him on 03.02.2026.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that so far no reasons have been assigned for rejection of the bid submitted by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above said facts, the respondents are directed to communicate the reasons for the rejection of the tender bid of the writ petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
