ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned decree to be registered.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. It is well settled that time limit set out in Section 23 of the Registration Act is not applicable to the registration of the court decrees.

4. The petitioner is permitted to present the petition mentioned decree before the second respondent. The second respondent will receive the same and register it subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities.
