ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 06.11.2024 and conclude the enquiry on the file of the second respondent within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that already they received the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.11.2024 and thereafter, they conducted enquiry and based on the enquiry, the said complaint was closed as money dispute. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the complaint, dated 06.11.2024 and the same was considered by the third respondent and after 2/4

elaborate enquiry, the complaint was closed, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
