ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the petitioner's land based on his application dated 03.12.2024.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner's online application dated 03.12.2024 for survey is pending with the respondents 2 and 3 .

4.Considering the above, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 03.12.2024, by conducting a survey, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
