ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the docket order dated 16.12.2025 passed in an unnumbered Arbitration O.P. of 2026 in ACP TF No.290 of 2022, and to direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, to number the said unnumbered Arbitration O.P.

2. The trial Court had initially returned the Arbitration O.P. on 24.11.2025 pointing out certain defects relating to limitation and payment of proper Court fee. The petition was thereafter re-presented on 03.12.2025. However, by docket order, dated 16.12.2025, the petition was once again returned on the ground that the earlier defects had not been properly complied with.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This Court is of the view that without complying with the defects pointed out by the trial Court, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present revision, which is not maintainable. The petitioner is bound to comply with the returns and satisfy the 2/4

requirements as directed by the trial Court before seeking any further relief.

5. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Civil Revision Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to comply with the returns made by the trial Court and represent the petition before the concerned Court. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with the above liberty. No costs.
