This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's parents and brother's family and take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 3.2.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint is said to have been given only to the Deputy Superintendent of Police and not to the respondent concerned. the petitioner is directed to make complaint to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to proceed further. 4.With the above directions, this petition is disposed of.
