THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 406, 294(b), 506 (i) of I.P.C.,Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of women Act, in Crime No.15 of 2017.

3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
