The present writ petition was disposed of on 25.02.2026 and it is listed today(30.03.2026) under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is about to retire in March-2030, instead of March-2026.
