(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's grandson namely Saravanan, S/o.Murugan aged about 34 years before this Court and set him at liberty

2. The detenu is none other than the grand son of the petitioner. He was illegally taken by the respondents 3-5 herein and detained him under illegal detention.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the grand son of the petitioner is a habitual offender and now he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody in Crime No. 445 of 2025 on the file of the fifth respondent herein. Now he is confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore, thereby he is not under illegal detention at the hands of the respondents 3 to 5.
