retina decease treatment under the scheme of Chief Minister Extended Medical Insurance Scheme by considering petitioner's representation dated 25.1.2020.

ORDER
It is seen that earlier, for the very same relief, a writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.9774 of 2013 had been filed and the same had been ordered, against which the respondents had filed an appeal in W.A.(MD) No.1130 of 2021, which was dismissed by order dated 09.06.2021. Despite this, the present writ petition has been filed. Therefore, this Court is inclined to dismiss this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, the dismissal of this writ petition will not preclude the petitioner from taking steps to effect the earlier order, which is in force. No costs.
