ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents more particularly the second respondent to grant permission to perform a public meeting on 28.02.2020 from 2.00 pm to 10.30 pm in the play ground situated opposite to Karthik Theater, Oddanchatram, as a part of celebration to celebrate mother tongue day by considering the application dated 21.02.2020 on the light of the memo issued by the second respondent dated 20.02.2020. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.02.2020 was received on 22.02.2020 and that the respondents have rejected the request of the petitioner vide communication in 12/Mike/ODEPS/2020.
