RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the further condition No.I Imposed on the Petitioner that the Petitioner is directed to return the stone pillars and restore the fence which is made in CRL.O.P.(MD) No. 13496/2017 dated 05.10.2017 by this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this modification petition to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to return the stone pillars and restore the fence which is made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13496 of 201, dated 05.10.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner initially accepted the condition in order to get anticipatory bail before this Court. Accordingly, as per the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said condition was imposed.

inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
