ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, directing the Respondents 1 & 2, particularly the 2nd Respondent to take appropriate legal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.02.2026 in accordance with law of BNSS, 2023.

2. The petitioner had already borrowed an amount of Rs.25,000/- from the third respondent, which was duly repaid by him in full. However, the third respondent to extract more money and exorbitant interest, pressing the petitioner for further payment and the same was refused by him. In this regard. the petitioner has already given a complaint to the second respondent police, which is not looked into by the 2nd respondent police and hence, sought the intelligence of this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the complaint was only received through post and on receipt of the same, the second respondent police has issued summons to the petitioner. However, the petitioner has not turned up for proper inquiry.

5. Since already notice has been issued to the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent Police for enquiry tomorrow i.e., on 13.02.2026 and the 2nd respondent Police is directed to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 02.02.2026.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
