The Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from open the TASMAC retail shop in Annai Nagar, Maravamangalam Village, Palkulam Group, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, thereby considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.11.2017 submitted to the first respondent and forwarded to the third respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader that as against the prayer of the petitioner forbearing the opening of the TASMAC shop,the same indeed has been opened at the said site and finding that the petition has become infructuous, the writ petition shall stand dismissed as infrutuous.
