This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation in a case registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. upon the death of the petitioner's wife in Cr.No.49/2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Transfer is sought on the ground that the person, who the petitioner alleges, was the paramour of his wife either would have beaten and then hanged her or instigated her to commit suicide. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, as devoid of merits.
