ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 01.02.2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a civil dispute pending between the parties and he also filed a suit in O.S.No.686 of 2015 before the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigual and the same is also decreed in his favour on 28.03.2023. Thereafter he filed an execution petition in E.P.No.42 of 2023 before the Additional District Court and the same is also pending. While so, even after the decree passed by the civil Court in favour of the petitioner the respondents 4 to 8 disturbing the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment for which the petitioner has also sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 01.02.2025 but the same has not been considered. 2/5

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and the same will be considered and disposed of within 15 days.

4. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner to consider the representation of the petitioner even without issuing notice to the private respondents this Court is inclined to pass orders directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
