ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent to make a suitable direction to the 3rd respondent to file charge sheet in Cr.NO.957/2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that in Crime No.957 of 2013 charge sheet has been filed and that the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Magistrate to consider the charge sheet in this case without any further delay.
