RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7591/2017 dated 20.06.2017 on the file of the Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.ANBARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.

K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.20 of 2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that after completing the investigation, the respondent filed a charge sheet. The petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
