(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure and produce the body or person of the detenu Devika, W/o.Vijay, aged about 23 years before this Court and set her at liberty

2. The petitioner is the husband of the detenue. While being so, on 23.01.2025 the wife of the petitioner left the matrimonial home and did not return back, therefore the petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent and the same has been registered in Crime No.21 of 2026 under 'Woman Missing'. On enquiry the second respondent found that wife the petitioner already fell in love with one Sathish and after the marriage also the wife of the petitioner loved him. He has also produced a CCTV footage showing the detenue going along with another male person. Hence, it is seen that the detenue is not under illegal detention of any one.
