ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 29.07.2013 against the order passed in Pa.Mu.18513/2013(B5) dated 04.07.2013 on the file of the second respondent herein.

2.According to the petitioner, as against the order passed by the District Revenue Officer, the second respondent herein, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the first respondent on 29.07.2013 and the same has been taken on appeal but so far no order has been passed.

3.Considering the fact that the appeal is pending for a long time, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 29.07.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival parties, if any. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
