O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining the willful disobedience in implementing the order passed in W.M.P.(MD)No. 19472 of 2019 in W.P.(MD)No.22727 of 2019 dated 25.10.2019 in true letter and spirit.

2. A Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner is being paid salary and the order of the Court is complied with.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on either side, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition.
