Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.VISHNURAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8617 of 2016, dated 07.06.2016, by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions and the petitioner has been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners are complying with the condition from 14.06.206. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition only from 14.06.2016 to 01.07.2016 and thereafter he has not complied with the condition and prayed for dismissal of the petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is not complying with the

condition from 01.07.2016, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
