Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.R.

MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 436, 506(ii) of IPC r/w 3(1) of PPDL Act, in Crime No.65 of 2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that after completing the investigation, the respondent police filed a charge sheet. the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
