This writ petition has been filed challenging the termination order passed by the fourth respondent, dated 31.01.2020 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with back wages within a stipulated period of time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate civil suit before the competent civil Court, challenging the termination order, in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy, in the manner known to law. No costs.
