The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Wirt of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notice of the respondent, dated 23.02.2021 and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that in pursuance of the impugned notice, dated 23.02.2021, no auction was held and subsequently, another notification came to be issued on 24.02.2022 and on that basis, auction was held and as such, the present writ petition challenging the earlier notice, dated 23.02.2021 has become infructuous.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 14.03.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 2/3
