This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sivagangai to try S.C.No.89/2013 along with the counter case preferred by the 1st petitioner as per the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, dated 06.02.2014 in Cr.M.P.No.198 of 2014 in S.C.No.89 of 2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
