RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imosed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6871 of 2017 dated 08.06.2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in crime No.99 of 2017. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
