ANBARASAN,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 279 & 304(ii) of I.P.C., in crime No.85 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
