Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner wants this Court to cancel the petition mentioned auction.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader clarified that there is no proposal to conduct auction in the immediate future. As and when any notification is issued, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court for appropriate relief.
