MR.G.KARUPPASAMYPANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Petition to extend the time by three months in complying with the order of suspension of sentence in Crl.M.P(MD)NO.11944 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.610 of 2022, dated 02.01.2024 is dismissed. If the Petitioner/appellant failed to surrender before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram District by tomorrow (27.02.2024), the respondent/Police shall secure him and detain him in the concerned prison.
